Compound, leaflets oval, opposite, very slightly discolorous, mostly imparipinnate. Fruits: pods, clustered, brown and leathery, splitting to reveal oval red seeds with a black tip.

Fruits: pods papery - leathery, long and narrow, reddish brown.
